Indulge with a natural facemask
Pamper yourself with a DIY all-natural face mask. Have a go at some of these:
- Combine a handful of crushed mint leaves and a tablespoon of honey. This ‘delicious’ beauty treatment will leave your skin feeling cleansed and refreshed.
- Mash a handful of fresh berries with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. This mask will clear and tighten oily skin.
- Peel and blend half a cucumber until pulpy. Mix in 1 tablespoon of yoghurt. One for the gents, this mask will soothe razor burns and weathered skin. Compliment with a couple of cucumber slices over your eyes for a relaxing rest.
Leave these masks on for about 10-15 minutes. Why not sit outside while it’s drying, relax with some elderflower cordial, and listen to bird song. Fantastic!
