Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations and seeks to appoint a Café Cook. 

Reporting to the Café Supervisor, the successful candidate will prepare, cook, bake, and serve hot and cold food to the visiting public at our Spurn Discovery Centre. The Spurn Café is set in the beautiful nature reserve. You will work in the Visitor centre team to provide visitors with a  great experience and in turn help generate funds for the vital work of wildlife conservation. 

You will play a key role in reviewing and developing the café menu, aligning it with the Trust’s main aims and objective, and ensure all food and beverage preparation complies with relevant food hygiene regulation.

This role is set in the nature reserve of Spurn which is not serviced by public transport therefore you will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
