Try wildlife yoga

Want to get active this 30 Days Wild? Give some of our wildlife yoga poses a try

One way to embrace 30 Days Wild is to try wildlife yoga! Why not give these poses a try?

Alternatively, take your yoga mat outside and breathe in the fresh air while you follow your regular practice. How does the bird song, or the sound of the wind, and the smell of the flowers, make you feel as you move through your poses?

It's important to remember to always warm up and stretch properly when practising yoga. Listen to your body - respect your limits and don't try any pose that feel uncomfortable for you.
