We know that the environment sector is one of the least ethnically diverse sectors; however, we are working hard to see change. Many reports have been published looking into the barriers to ethnic inclusion. One of the newest reports is the ‘Changing the World from Within’ report. This report was commissioned by Wildlife and Countryside Link and Natural England.
