Our guide, Ian Willoughby, Environmental Coordinator for Dyson Farms, will show us the improvements made to the local limestone beck by restoring a canalised ditch to a more natural state.
Come and visit a small farm near Kendal, and find out about the animals and wildlife there, including the interesting creatures that dwell in the small beck that flows across the land.
Skylarks sing and nature is restored as Thurrock Thameside Nature Park opens on one of western Europe’s largest landfill sites.
We will start off with a walk around the Banovallum House garden and then onto The Joseph Banks Centre including the LoveLincsPlants Herbarium.
