The Prudence Trust is a grant-making charity, established in 2020, investing in the advancement of young people’s mental health services and research in the UK.

How The Prudence Trust is supporting The Wildlife Trusts

The Prudence Trust is supporting us to dramatically scale up our engagement with 11–16-year-olds across the UK. With their generous funding, The Wildlife Trusts will work directly with young people in their schools and communities to increase their access to nature to support their mental health and wellbeing.

Five trailblazer Wildlife Trusts – Ulster Wildlife, Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, North Wales Wildlife Trust, Surrey Wildlife Trust and Wiltshire Wildlife Trust - will lead the way with this work, bringing in other Trusts in their regions, with an aim to work across all 46 Wildlife Trusts. This programme will enable us to build the bridge between our incredible work with early years and young adults, transforming our engagement with this audience.
