We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong commercial awareness and business acumen to develop and manage our Supporter Services Function. This will involve managing all development and delivery activity relating to membership recruitment and retention, legacy marketing and our corporate membership programme. Ideally you will have experience gained in a sales and marketing background and an in depth understanding of customer care. You will be an experienced manager gained in a commercial or charity environment with a track record in design and delivery of fundraising campaigns.
