The seven South West Wildlife Trusts are looking for a skilled professional capable of driving forward this newly formed fundraising business. Due to the infancy of the company the postholder will need to swiftly move SWFL into full operational status. Concentrating on recruitment of key staff and the implementation of supporting systems, it is important that there is clear vision and drive from day one. Importantly, success will underpin your clients financial ability to secure the future of key wildlife sites, promote the sustainable use of natural resources, and increase support for wildlife locally, regionally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities
• To develop and implement Southwest Fundraising Ltd’s five-year organisational strategy, and to ensure delivery of performance targets, operational plans and budgets
• To appoint, lead and performance manage team leaders and administration staff in order to deliver a high quality, effective service that responds appropriately to the needs and targets of clients.
• To represent Southwest Fundraising Ltd at all levels and build meaningful and profitable partnerships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• With responsibility for approximately 40 employees you will ensure that Southwest Fundraising Ltd discharges its constitutional and legal obligations and implements good practice wherever possible.
