Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing environmental organisations and seeks to appoint a part time NIA Wetland Advisor.
The Officer will work with the Humberhead Levels Partnership and closely with the NIA Programme Manager to promote the biodiversity value of the Humberhead Levels, focusing on creation and enhancement of BAP habitat within the Nature Improvement Area.
The successful applicant will have a good understanding of of the principles of nature conservation, experience of project and budget management together with excellent communication skills. They will also have experience of land management for wildlife, particularly river restoration and wetland management.
