Salary: £19 - £21,000 p.a. pro rata

As part of the Reserves Team, we are seeking a Monitoring Officer with experience in nature conservation and excellent data management skills. The post holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of a new monitoring strategy to strengthen the evidence base for future reserve management. You will carry out and help coordinate annual surveys, analyse and interpret data and provide informed management advice to support Reserves Managers in the delivery of future works.
With extensive experience in surveying techniques, identification skills and the ability to practically apply the analysis of data you will also be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and hold a full, current driving licence.
