We are seeking someone who is passionate about developing others to their full potential to manage our Marine Graduate Training Programme. Successful applicants will be responsible for line managing 4 marine graduates per year in each of the next two years, and for developing and implementing individual training plans to enable each of them to grow into successful careers in the marine conservation field.
The Marine Graduate Training Scheme is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of their Skills for the Future programme.
