Do you have a background in marine science, education or visitor centre management? Devon Wildlife Trust is recruiting a Marine Awareness Officer for the Wembury Marine Centre (WMC) to provide maternity leave cover for the 2012 season starting in January. You will manage the WMC and deliver an agreed programme of marine awareness and education events, meeting income targets and helping to develop a sound working relationship with the University of Plymouth as a new member of the WMC partnership. An understanding of ecology and particularly of marine habitats is desirable, but not essential.
