Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is looking for a well organised, creative and enthusiastic person to help deliver our vision of a Living Landscape for wildlife and people.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating habitats and species recording and wildlife monitoring across the Trust’s work, including writing management plans for our nature reserves. The postholder will help the public with wildlife enquiries and work closely with recording groups, natural history societies and a range of partners, as well as with other teams within the Wildlife Trust.
This role would suit candidates with very good species identification skills and experience of IT packages for wildlife recording and mapping. If you also have excellent communication skills and a background of working with volunteers we would like to hear from you.
Occasional weekend, Bank Holiday and evening working will be required.
This is a permanent, full-time post.
