We are looking for an experienced generalist to act as the lead practitioner all aspects of Human Resources. Responsible for staff and volunteers, the post will provide advice and guidance to all levels in the organisation.
The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
We are looking for an experienced generalist to act as the lead practitioner all aspects of Human Resources. Responsible for staff and volunteers, the post will provide advice and guidance to all levels in the organisation.
A sound knowledge of UK employment legislation is essential alongside experience of successfully developing policy and delivering HR initiatives. You must be able to work strategically with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others. A working knowledge of payroll and an excellent administrative track record is also required.
