Norfolk Wildlife Trust is seeking an exceptional and experienced individual to work closely with the CEO and lead its nature reserves team in the management and development of our substantial and prestigious nature reserves and other land holdings. With over 60 nature reserves and other sites under our management covering 4,400ha, plus 1,200 county wildlife sites (some of which we have a direct involvement) it is a challenging but highly rewarding job requiring considerable land and people management experience. NWT has an enviable reputation for its nature reserves and pioneering habitat restoration work and you would be joining the Trust at an exciting time as it is developing a number of Living Landscape projects.
