The Trust has 35 Nature Reserves and 4 complexes of buildings. You will be responsible for all Reserves management and for bringing professional land and property management skills to ensure that all the Trust's properties are managed to the highest possible standard both for their wildlife conservation interest and their enjoyment by the public. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional conservation land manager to join a highly motivated team at a key stage in its development and growth. You must have an excellent understanding of income sources and funding opportunities as you will develop projects and funding bids to maximise the resources available for the management and enhancement of the Trust's assets. You will continue to develop the reserves strategy, central to which will be aligning it with the Trusts Living Landscape work, where reserves form part of larger ecological networks and aid wildlife adaptation to climate change. You will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and have substantial knowledge and skills, likely to be demonstrated by considerable experience in a similar role and by appropriate vocational qualifications.
