Salary: £38,000 p.a. plus 9% pension

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is the only charity in the two counties dedicated to conserving, protecting and enhancing local wildlife. We are currently seeking a highly effective and experienced manager for our Business Support Team. The successful candidate, a member of the Senior Management Team, will be responsible for finance, HR, volunteering, IT, Health & Safety, management of resources such as buildings and vehicles, governance and legal matters working closely with the Trust’s appointed solicitor. This post also encompasses the role of Company Secretary.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have had substantial experience of managing a charity and awareness of the requirements of the Charity Commission and Companies House. We are looking for an individual who can direct and motivate a team successfully whilst taking full responsibility for achieving targets. You will have an interest in wildlife and the environment and will have an affinity with our vision, values and organisational culture
