We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to manage new and existing income sources including the identification, refinement and development of our Major Donor Fundraising campaigns.

Position: Full time, permanent
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Description:
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to manage new and existing income sources including the identification, refinement and development of our Major Donor Fundraising campaigns.

The main duties of the post holder will include;

- Identify projects and work programmes suitable for external funding and develop a programme of events fundraising
- Maintain the charities database ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Develop and build excellent communications with all key funding contacts
- Liaise with project managers in order to research, write and submit bids
- Maximise the potential of existing clients and develop online fundraising campaigns
- Develop a programme for identifying and approaching major donors
- In conjunction with the Grants Officer, develop grant funding opportunities

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

- Experience working in a grant fundraising environment with knowledge of major donor programmes
- Proven project management skills with the ability to strategically plan and budget
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to enthuse and motivate others
- The ability to build excellent relationships both internally and externally
- Large scale fundraising would be desirable
