Salary: £15,000 pa (pro-rata) - 4 month contract

Location: Donna Nook National Nature Reserve, nr Mablethorpe
We are looking for a clear communicator with significant experience of people engagement to assist our Coastal Warden in arranging and operating a volunteer wardening scheme for the protection of the grey seal breeding colony at Donna Nook.
You should have experience of managing and training volunteers and the ability to effectively engage and liaise with the public and accompany group visits. You will also undertake estate management work and should have appropriate practical experience in a warden type role. A relevant environmental qualification and a full current UK driving licence are also required.
This is a temporary post based on a four month contract commencing mid-September.
As you may be involved in working with vulnerable groups the successful candidate will be required to undertake a CRB check.
The post is supported by the national lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund
