The Trust is seeking a highly experienced and inspirational Director to lead our people engagement work and delivery of our community programmes.
The Director of Community Programmes is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development and delivery of the Trust's community programmes which include our learning programmes, community engagement and therapeutic care activities. This is an exciting time to be joining the Trust and a newly formed management team.
You will be working for a dynamic and value-led conservation organisation based in a vibrant region containing the cities of Bristol and Bath, at the heart of the South West's regional economy and with a high level of environmental awareness. The Trust has many new opportunities to expand its community engagement work at this time and we are looking for the right person to join us in 2013 to take our people engagement to the next level.
