The Trust is seeking a highly experienced and inspirational Director to head up its 'people' work and lead the planning, development and delivery of its community programmes
The Director of Community Programmes is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development and delivery of the Trust's community programmes, learning programmes and campaigning and planning/policy work. You will be working for a dynamic and value-led conservation organisation based in a vibrant region containing the cities of Bristol and Bath, at the heart of the South West's regional economy and with a high level of environmental awareness. This is an exciting time in the Trust's development, and we are looking for the right person to join us in 2013 to take our people engagement work forward.
