Developing Green Talent Project Manager

Salary: £22,800

The Developing Green Talent project delivers work-based learning programmes to 8 trainees per year. The postholder will have overall responsibility for the project schedule, budget, outcomes and reporting and will work closely with the HR team on trainee recruitment and training.

The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.

The Developing Green Talent project delivers work-based learning programmes to 8 trainees per year. The postholder will have overall responsibility for the project schedule, budget, outcomes and reporting and will work closely with the HR team on trainee recruitment and training.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing projects, budgets and administrative processes, with an understanding of fundamental aspects of recruitment and training initiatives.
