The Centre Manager will be required to manage and develop all of the visitor facilities at College Lake.
College Lake Visitor Centre is the main visitor site for the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust and as a result has high impact on the Trust’s reputation and profile.
The post-holder will be required to work closely with colleagues across the Trust to ensure smooth running of the Centre as a whole and to grow operations in accordance with the Centre’s Business Plan.
This post will require a significant level of weekend working and some evenings. Applicants should have a proven track record in managing a visitor facility, and ideally within a similar organisation or environment.
