Salary: £20,000 to £21,000 depending on experience

Location: College Lake Nature Reserve, Bucks. (Nr. Tring, Herts.)
The College Lake reserve warden will be responsible for the management of College Lake and Pitstone Fen nature reserves along with being involved in management of other BBOWT reserves in the North Chilterns.
This will involve working with existing volunteer teams and contractors to implement practical reserve management across these sites.
College Lake is the main visitor site for the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust, has a busy visitor centre, with over 40,000 visitors a year. As a result the site has high impact on the Trust’s reputation and profile.
This post will require a significant level of weekend working and some evenings. Applicants should have proven track record in practical nature conservation, and ideally within a similar organisation or environment.
