Salary: c£18,000 pa (dependent on experience)

You will assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of this nationally important coastal nature reserve, deputising when required which will include overseeing the work of other staff and volunteers. Daily management and husbandry of the Trust’s livestock on the reserve is a key part of this role.
With a relevant environmental qualification and practical reserve management experience, including livestock husbandry and an ability to use and maintain a variety of machinery, you should be an effective communicator comfortable with liaising with the public, volunteers, contractors, neighbours and external graziers. All round field natural history skills are necessary. This is a permanent post.
The post will involve working with vulnerable groups and the successful candidate will be required to undertake a CRB check.
