Come and spend a day learning how to felt and create your own piece of felt art. Based at the National Trust Footprint Building in Windermere, you will spend the day with talented textile artist Caren Threlfall. During the day you will learn the techniques of wet felting and needle felting in order to produce finished pieces of Felt Art. You will make a number of small samples before moving on to making some finished pieces that will be inspired by stunning Cumbrian hay meadows landscapes.
