Join in or help us organise this Sponsored walk to raise funds for the Trust as part of the North Pennine Walking Festival.
This walking marathon will be the main event on the opening day of the North Pennine Walking Festival to be held from 28 September to 6 October to mark the completion of the waymarking of the entire 247 mile route and the 75th anniversary of when Alfred Wainwright started his Pennine Journey in 1938.
Cumbria Wildlife Trust supporters have been allocated the route from Appleby to Church Brough and you are invited to walk all or part of it i.e. a 10- or 6-mile section.
Sponsorship forms and route maps will be available to participants. There is no entrance fee so all funds raised in sponsorship will be for Cumbria Wildlife Trust.
