Event details

15 August 2013 - 10:00am - 3:00pm

These ever-popular visits to the Hilbre Islands always fill up fast, as we head out across the sands from West Kirby to discover the rock pools, seals and seabirds.

There’ll be Trust staff on hand help you dip deep in the rock pools, keep an eye out for the inquisitive grey seals and take part in a scavenger hunt too! This event is suitable for families with children capable of the walk across to the islands, and exploring once we’re there.

Children must be accompanied by an adult please.

Remember to bring a packed lunch and stout footwear/waterproof clothing.

Binoculars and optical equipment are handy to bring along too.
