Are you bored of your regular running route or thinking of entering our Hard as Snails 10K in September?
If so then with only five weeks to go until race day, come and run the distance with SWT Events Manager Katy Gower around Wisley and Ockham Commons. We will run for about an hour at a steady pace (9-10 min mile) and take in some of the beautiful views on the way including the heath in bloom. Well behaved dogs are welcome, and dog owners must pick up after their dogs. Hot and cold drinks and biscuits will be available at the end. Please wear suitable running shoes and clothing. Please note that if we have had a lot of rain it could be muddy/wet in places so spare shoes and clothes are recommended. This event is not suitable for children. Venue location
Pond Farm, Wisley Common, Woking, Surrey, GU23 6QS. Drive up A3 towards London from Guildford. Get onto slip road as if joining the M25 at J10. Stay in left hand lane as you go down the slip road. 50 metres before the traffic lights there is a small lay-by. Immediately after this lay-by, turn left.
