Event details

28 July 2013 - 9:30am - 4:00pm

Would you like to learn scything techniques?

Feel the scythe whisper through the grass at the pond-side grassland. Special light-weight scythes available. This is to maintain the area for springtime flowers such as lady’s smock, vital for butterflies like the orange-tip.

This is a free event with a lunch time BBQ, bring along a contribution. Families welcome.
