Discover the ecology of hoverflies and learn how to identify them at this morning course in Monkwood.

The presence of aphid-eating hoverflies is often seen by gardeners as a natural way of reducing the levels of these garden pests. This course looks at hoverflies visiting flowers along the woodland ride, their ecology and how to identify them.

Led by Naturalist and Trustee – Harry Green

Ideal for: those who want to know a bit more about these fascinating insects.
