Enjoy a face-to-face encounter with feathered visitors in Fox Hagg this summer

Following a hugely successful demonstration in February, where 120 birds were caught and ringed, the Wildlife Trust for Sheffield and Rotherham are once again teaming up with Sorby Breck Ringing group to run a bird ringing demonstration open to the public.

During this demonstration, the welfare of the birds will be a priority. As such, we ask that you book a place on this event so that the group is not too large. Please be aware that this event may be cancelled at short notice if the weather is unfavourable.

We'll be setting up near to the car park on Lodge Lane, but please note that space is very limited.  Parking on Redmires Road is advised; alternatively, the number 51 bus to Lodge Moor also stops at the top of Lodge Lane.
