Join us to explore this delightful rolling clough reserve, which is alive with butterflies and dragonflies in the heart of summer.

A host of new boardwalks and trails have opened up previously inaccessible parts of the reserve, with rich wildflower meadows that are home to orchids in some years. A delightful and relaxed way to while-away a summer afternoon! Why not head to the Swettenham Arms afterwards and enjoy a roast with the Trust’s conservation-grazed beef and lamb?

Families are welcome but children are to be accompanied by an adult please. Remember stout footwear and binoculars/optical equipment if you have them.
