An indoor session learning about the Importance of traditional hay meadows with tea and cake followed by a practical session on our nearby nature reserve(SH431488).

Our traditional haymeadows are disappearing fast. there will be presentations and infrmation available in the morning about traditional haymeadow managements and why these habitats are so important, with tea and cakes! in the afternoon the will be an opportunity to visit and help survey NWWT and Plantlife's fantastic reserve Caeau Tan-y-Bwlch ( Grid Reference SH431488) to count the greater butterfly orchids in the company of Dr Trevor Dines who recently starred on Channel 4's series 'Wild Things!.
