SUNDAY STROLL: Brackett’s Coppice packs an array of habitats and wildlife all in a mere 38 hectares. Glorious hay meadows attract a mix of butterflies including marbled white, meadow brown, ringlet, and silver-washed fritillary, and 3 or 4 species of orchid on show, including common spotted, green-winged, butterfly and bird’s nest.
