Observe some of the bats and moths of the Letcombe Valley Community Nature Reserve and find out about them in the company of local experts. Join the evening event or come in the morning when the night-flying moths will be released unharmed.
Warm clothes, sensible shoes, and if you come for the Saturday evening event, bring a torch.
Directions: In Letcombe Regis, take Main Street past the church on left, continue to Bassett Road and park, walk a few hundred metres past cemetery, at Blandys Farm (right) turn left, walk east to the track between houses, over pedestrian bridge to reserve entrance.
