Event details
28 April 2013 - 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Peter and Sue Elliot have kindly offered to open their gardens to celebrate spring in support of our Living Garden’s initiative.
The gardens of Freams Farm surround the 17th Century Grade II listed Cotswold stone farmhouse (“a pretty Cotswold farmhouse” Pevsner) barns and stables. Spectacular views towards the Painswick Valley over meadows and ponds can be enjoyed from gazebos and viewing points.
The gardens feature herbaceous borders, roses, lavender in traditional English style, formal courtyards, specimen trees and orchard. The sunken Italian garden with its lily pond and fountain is an oasis on hot days.
So do join us and see how you can garden for wildlife and enjoy afternoon tea and gardening activities. You can pre-book on 01452 383333, or just turn up on the day.
