Bowness-on-Solway is an old gravel pit that has become a wonderful site for wildlife, despite its relatively small size.
Bowness-on-Solway is an old gravel pit that has become a wonderful site for wildlife, despite its relatively small size. We will be carrying out access improvement works as well as some scrub clearance. Come and join us on the last Thursday of each month to help improve this cracking reserve. Please wear outdoor clothing and bring a packed lunch. Children under 16 years of age are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
