Rocks, fossils, caves and scenery. Join Roger and Liz Neale in an exciting day for all ages, exploring the many fascinating features of Ribblehead. Learn how our local rocks and mountains were formed and landscaped. Find fossils that reveal ancient life. See the hidden secrets of caves - wonder at the grand scenery of the Three Peaks and its dramatic railway history. Booking is essential with Roger Neale and for more details call 015242 41155. The walk is 2 miles and costs £2.50 per adult, free for children. Please bring outdoor clothing and a packed lunch. Organised by Kirkby Lonsdale Local Support Group.
