Join our resident expert for a fun and informative afternoon of fungi finding on Fox Hagg nature reserve this October half-term. Clinging to the side of an old tree stump, hidden amongst the leaf litter, or just growing amongst the grass, you'll find these varied and remarkable organisms everywhere!
This event is free of charge, but places are limited. Please contact Sarah Sidgwick at s.sidgwick@wildsheffield.com to book your place. Please wear sturdy outdoor shoes or boots, and suitable outdoor clothing. Children are most welcome, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Meet at: Lodge Lane car park, approximate post code S10 4LX. Parking is limited, but the site is easily accessed by catching the number 51 bus to the Redmires Road/Blackbrook Road stop, in Lodge Moor.
