Travel back in time 3500 years and find out what is was like to live like our ancestors. Dress like a Celt, investigate artefacts and then make yourself at home in the roundhouse. Join us in building and lighting a fire, hear a Celtic tale and take part in a choice of Bronze Age craft and construction activities. Suitable for children aged 7 and over. Meet at Testwood Lakes Centre. Booking is essential. Contact Grace Hall or Sam Dawson 02380 667929. All children must be accompanied by adults. All abilities are welcome – the walk to the roundhouse is about half a mile and mostly on level surfaced paths. Please wear a sun hat and sensible shoes (not sandals). Bring a packed lunch. Suggested donation £6 per person.
