This workshop is a great introduction to preparing and cooking our local catch, with lots of tasting sessions to be had and a lunch to include fabulous seafood dishes that will delight and inspire.
The workshop is run in conjunction with Cumbria Wildlife Trust, The Fish Cellar and Food and Company. You'll learn some tips on how to select, buy and consume seafood in a more sustainable way.
