Join our 50th birthday anniversary celebrations at Barkbooth Lot
Your chance to take a guided walk around Barkbooth Lot Nature Reserve with Joe Murphy, Senior Reserves Officer. If nature is keeping to time, this is a perfect time of year to be greeted by a carpet of English bluebells - but a lovely place for a walk none the less. Followed by a refreshing cuppa and a piece of scrumptious cake, generously provided by Trust supporters Barbie and John Handley, and an opportunity to take a look at their beautiful garden. The terrain for the 1 mile walk is undulating and a little steep in places - but nothing technical or strenuous. Booking is essential as there are only 25 places available on each walk - call the Trust on 01539 816300 to book your place. Walks are at 2.00pm and 3.30pm. Tea and cake will be served after the walks. Whilst there is no charge, this is a fundraising event and you will be asked to please make a donation.
