Event details

8 May 2012 - 10:00am - 4:00pm

Join reserves officer Kevin Scott for the first in our programme of learning events to look at the wildlife of Drumburgh Moss Nature Reserve

This session will focus on one of Drumburgh's most intriguing groups, the reptiles.  The day will start with an indoor session, covering the ecology of all of our native reptile species, followed by a walk around Drumburgh Moss to look for common lizard and adder and their field signs.  The terrain at Drumburgh is wet and uneven and adders will hopefully be present, so wellies and long trousers are essential. Please bring a packed lunch.  Places are strictly limited, so book early to avoid missing out. This event is free but please book your place by calling 01539 816300
