Midnight Nightingales

5 May 2012 - 11:00pm

Event details

5 May 2012 - 11:00pm

The song of the Nightingale is one of the most evocative sounds in the natural world.

As their name suggests they sing throughout the night. At this time, when there are few competing sounds, their melodic song can be heard at its very best. Each year several pairs of Nightingales breed in Hambleton Wood.
