Event details
19 May 2012 - 10:00am - 3:00pm
Come along to our open day at Nower Wood to celebrate the history of this beautiful nature reserve and education centre.
This event is part of The Wildlife Trusts' Our History events, which are being held all across the UK this weekend.
Take part in activities and events that explore the ecology of this site and learn about the history of this ancient woodland. But it’s not just the landscape that has a story to tell; were you one of the million children that have benefitted from being inspired by our dedicated education team? Did you have a close encounter with wildlife? If so…..we are interested in learning about your memories of this site and invite you to bring any photos and share with us your stories.
More details of this event will be available on our website from April at www.surreywildlifetrust.org.
