This event is part of The Wildlife Trusts' Our Woodland Wildlife events, which are being held all across the UK this weekend.
Come and join us for an adventure-filled stroll through beautiful Balls Wood. There’ll be lots of places to explore and exciting activities to try out as we wind our way through the woods. This is a free family event but please book in advance as places are limited!
Suitable for children between 5-11, must be accompanied by an adult. Sorry, but no toilets are available on site.
Directions
From Hertford Heath village on B1197 London Road turn into Roundings Road adjacent to the College Arms pub. Limited parking along this road. Walk 1/2 mile, keeping right as the road joins an unsurfaced section of the Roman Ermine Street. The entrance to Balls Wood is on the left.
