We know how challenging lockdown was earlier in the year, and that spending time in nature made a real difference to wellbeing during that time. However a lockdown in autumn and winter, when the weather is worse and it's potentially harder to get outdoors is likely to be even more challenging. Hopefully the videos on this webpage will make it easier for everyone to experience nature, wherever they are.
