An intermediate level course run by Norfolk Wildlife Services Ltd in association with the Hawk and Owl Trust

This course will be held at an intermediate level and is suitable for planners and ecologists, or anyone with an interest in barn owls. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the course

There will be a morning classroom theory session which will include owl identification, barn owl ecology and habitat requirements, legislation and the planning system and mitigation measures.

After lunch there will be a site visit to a local barn development to look at mitigation techniques.

Please bring lunch. Tea and coffee refreshments will be provided.
For the practical session please bring suitable outdoor clothing, including walking boots and warm clothing.
