Don Heritage for Young People Celebration Event

Young or old, everybody’s welcome! Free sandwiches, drinks, and free entry to the museum will be provided. This event will be a chance to see what we've been up to over the course of the Don Heritage for Young People project, which has focused on the industrial and natural heritage of the River Don.

As well as the museum itself, we'll also have some displays of the great work that so many young people in Sheffield have contributed to this project, including a short film created by Hinde House School pupils, "Flow Back in Time".

To book your place on this event, please call Hannah Wittram or Sarah Sidgwick on 0114 263 4335, or e-mail s.sidgwick@wildsheffield.com, by the 13th January, 2012. If you could forward this message to other people that have been involved with the project, we would be most grateful.

There is free parking in the Kelham Island Museum car park, or a short walk to the Shalesmoor supertram stop. Drop in any time between 6pm and 8pm, we'd love to see you!
